Distillation, THE SOLUTION

After reading my partners (Alex's) blog post on distillation (which you can find here) I decided to write how our distillation machine is going to work. We have two containers, container A and B. Container A will be filled with infected water which will be distilled and B will be filled with regular water to condense the water vapor that will be traveling through it. Container A will have two resistors inside of it that are connected to a motorcycle battery. (the battery will be shorting making the resistors get very hot, hot enough to boil water). At the top of container A there is a tube connected to it for the stream to pass from A to Container B. Once the vapor has left A and is in the tube it travels to container B, condenses in B and then exits B as pure water that is drinkable.
